Bradenton Lofts

Bradenton Lofts was a new affordable housing development project. Our design-build team optimized the developer's plans through the use of value engineering to help lower anticipated construction costs. Our construction management team and in-house services were able to save 2 months on the anticipated construction timeline.

Located in the heart of Bradenton's downtown restaurant, retail, and arts district, Bradenton Lofts residents are able to walk one block to dozens of sidewalk cafes, shops, and local artists. The 40 unit community pays homage to Bradenton's vibrant art scene with an on site mural inspired by De Stijl.

Cedar Fork Apartments is a 39 unit multifamily apartment building. Located in the heart of Greensboro's downtown restaurant, retail, and arts district, Cedar Fork residents will be able to walk one block to dozens of sidewalk cafes, shops, and local artists. The 39 unit community will help address the housing shortage brought on by Greensboro's recent population growth.
